The Unwritten Hair Giveaway is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
- a. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
b. Participants must have a valid social media account on Facebook.
- The Giveaway is sponsored by Unwritten Hair (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
- The Giveaway begins on 8th of August 2023 and ends at 4pm AEST 11th of August 2023. Entries received before or after the specified dates will not be eligible.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
a. Like the official giveaway post by Unwritten Indie on Facebook.
b. Tag an indie (independent hairdresser) friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post. Both participants (tagger and tagged) will be entered into the giveaway.
c. Participants can enter the giveaway multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments.
- The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The selection will take place on the 4th of September, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- The winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram. The winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within the given timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Each winner will receive one of each product in the Unwritten Range (9 total).
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitutes.
- By participating in the Giveaway, the winners agree to allow Unwritten Hair to announce their names on their social media platforms.
- The winners may be required to provide a photograph or video of themselves with the prize for promotional purposes.
- Unwritten Hair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if any technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.
- Unwritten Hair reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Giveaway rules or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
- Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and delivering the prize. Participant information will not be shared with any third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Unwritten Hair. Participants are encouraged to review the official rules provided by Unwritten Hair for any updates or modifications.
- By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Unwritten Hair, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
